If Internet Explorer is indeed part of the operating system, then which OS is it a part of? Windows 95, Windows 98, or NT? NT and 98 are very different animals.
If Internet Explorer is indeed part of the operating system, how can there be an IE 5? Wouldn't that be an operating system upgrade, like Windows '99?.
